QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

1. For inside deliveries – please define the exact requirements for inside delivery.

All shipments must be delivered to an inside location. For each delivery, the POC listed in the SOW should be contacted ahead of time. The listed POC (or their designated representative) must sign for the delivery. That POC will determine a reasonable final delivery location for the equipment, whether it is on a loading dock or in a storage area or something similar. The final delivery location of the equipment should be reachable using only a lift gate and pallet jack (i.e. no stairs or small doorways).

2. Do all Delivery locations have a loading dock or will a lift gate be required when applicable?

Not all delivery locations will have a loading dock. All delivery vehicles must include a lift gate.

3. On pickup, will all items be loose or will they be palletized and shrink wrapped?

On pickup, all items will be palletized and shrink wrapped. The six sites receiving the GUS kits may be shipped in 24"x24"x24" boxes rather than on a pallet, but it would still be one box per destination.

4. If palletized, what size pallet will be utilized.

Pallets will be a standard 40"x48" and pallets cannot be stacked during shipment. Pallets are expected to be no higher than 60", although they will likely be closer to 50".

5. On the Canada Shipments, there is one address listed for CAN yet there are different airport codes on shipments 27-30. Are these delivering to the address listed under CAN or do we need to ship to each of the airport codes?

All shipments to Canada will be delivered to the addressed listed under CAN.

6. On the Mexico Shipments, are all of these shipping to MMX?

All shipments to Mexico will be delivered to the addressed listed under MMX.

7. The Kit 2901-SINGLEWRS is not listed as shipping to any of the destinations. Please confirm that this is correct.

Kit 2901-SINGLEWRS will ship to CAN.
