About this file

This is a posting link letter from the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) regarding Request for Quotation (RFQ) DRR25034 for Landfill, Disposal Site, and Waste Tire Site Remediation for Southern California. CalRecycle is soliciting a contractor to perform remediation services at solid waste disposal sites, illegal disposal sites, waste tire sites, and emergency disaster debris cleanup sites located in Southern California on an as-needed basis. Southern California is defined as all counties south of and including San Luis Obispo County, Kern County, and San Bernardino, as well as Inyo County and Mono County. The contractor will also serve as a backup resource for environmental services contractors in other California geographic areas and may be required to work outside the primary service area if resources are unavailable. Bidders must submit all solicitations through CalRecycle's electronic bid system Vendor Submission Portal at https://sb.cityinnovate.com/teams/calrecycle?challenge_id=16258. Vendors must register in the portal, complete all required documents and responses as indicated in the solicitation response page, and submit their bids by the specified deadline with verification of submission timestamp provided upon completion.

No specific pricing terms, set asides, incumbent information, funding amounts, or contract term details are provided in this posting link letter. The document serves primarily as an instructional notice directing vendors to the electronic submission platform and providing technical guidance for portal registration and document submission procedures. Interested parties should contact Melissa Atencio at (916) 341-6544 or contracts@calrecycle.ca.gov for questions regarding the solicitation, or refer to www.calrecycle.ca.gov/Contracts for additional contract advertisement status and information.
