About this file
This document is Mandatory Onsite Visit Guidance for Vendors related to a state or local government contract opportunity. The guidance outlines the requirements for vendors to attend a mandatory onsite visit, including allowing time for screening, following social distancing guidelines, getting temperature checks, answering health-related questions, and wearing face masks and shields provided by the government agency. Vendors who do not comply with these requirements will not be admitted to the site visit, but will be given one opportunity to reschedule the visit within the next 2 business days with a different representative. The bid due date may be adjusted, and vendors who do not attend, are not on time, leave early, or fail to sign the attendance sheet will be disqualified and considered non-responsive.
The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient commercial information. It solely focuses on the mandatory onsite visit requirements for prospective vendors to this state or local government contract opportunity.
