About this file

The provided file is a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Enterprise Municipal Custodial Services, detailing extensive custodial task performance standards across different facility types including Child Development Centers (CDCs), Child and Youth Services (CYSS) Centers, Physical Fitness Centers (PFCs), administration facilities, museums, and libraries. The comprehensive document outlines cleaning frequencies and standards for various tasks such as restroom cleaning, waste removal, floor maintenance, glass washing, dusting, and specialized area cleaning, with color-coded performance indicators (Green, Amber, Red, Black) representing different levels of service quality.

The performance standards are meticulously categorized by facility type, with specific cleaning frequencies ranging from daily to every other year, and reference multiple guidelines including CDC, AR 608-10, TB MED 531, and International Sanitary and Supply Association (ISSA) standards. The document emphasizes hospital-grade quality cleaning, using EPA-registered disinfectants, and includes detailed notes on task responsibilities, noting that certain cleaning tasks are reserved for facility staff versus contracted custodial services. The performance standards aim to maintain high cleanliness and sanitation levels across diverse military and administrative facility environments.
