Key technical specifications include a minimum PassMark CPU Score of 55,000, 64GB memory, 2TB SSD storage, integrated DoD-compatible CAC reader, and multiple interface ports. The laptop must have no built-in wireless connectivity, cameras, or microphones, and must be compatible with Microsoft's Credential Guard/Device Guard Assessment. The procurement includes bundled accessories such as a docking station, WiFi dongle, and driver disk. The contract includes base quantities of 5 evaluation articles and 117 early production/completed units, with an option to potentially award up to 1,278 additional units. The warranty period is four years from government acceptance, with comprehensive repair and replacement terms, and the contractor must provide firmware updates every six months.

1. Introduction
The US Air Force Mission Planning Systems (MPS) is a collaborative Department of Defense (DoD) program that leverages technical solutions and practices for all DoD aerial platforms. MPS enables mission planners to cre-ate a flight plan based on multiple inputs including threats, targets, terrain, weather, aircraft performance capabil-ity, configuration and other factors. The planner/aviator utilizes appropriate computing devices to accomplish the mission.
Mission planning equipment is used to plan and coordinate USAF missions anywhere in the word; therefore, the system must be capable of setup and use in both a connected and disconnected network environment. Consistency with the specifications within this Statement of Work (SOW) is critical to ensure safe, timely and reliable system operation. It is the Government’s intent to centrally store and later distribute these items utilizing the USAF Supply System.
The purpose of this SOW is to provide the contractor with the minimum technical specifications and requirements for the Garrison Computer Procurement Delivery Order, “Project: FY26-4”. The Air Force requires the purchase of an item consisting of a best-in-class laptop and associated peripherals packaged within a durable cardboard box.
