About this file
This is a Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for HVAC duct cleaning services for nine fire stations across Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). The project requires a licensed HVAC cleaning company to perform comprehensive duct cleaning services, including applying negative air pressure, roto brush cleaning, furnace cleaning, and air duct sanitation treatment at fire stations located in Lackland, Ft. Sam Houston, Camp Bullis, Randolph, and Seguin, Texas.
The contract specifies that services must be completed within 30 days of contract approval, with work performed during normal business hours (0700-1500 Monday through Friday). Contractors will need to coordinate with JBSA Fire & Emergency Services points of contact, use trained and certified technicians, and take care to avoid damaging existing property. The nine fire stations vary in size (two large, five medium, two small), and the contractor may need to use lifts to reach vents in stall bays of larger stations. Daily site cleanup and maintenance are required, and the contractor must be prepared to perform additional hand cleaning at no extra cost if debris or mold remains after initial cleaning.
