About this file
This Statement of Requirements (SOR) outlines Air University's need for a comprehensive web-based subscription to a nation-wide college catalog database. The subscription must provide internet access to over 177,000 college catalogs from 2-year, 4-year, graduate, professional, and international schools, with course descriptions dating back to 1995. The primary users will be the Air University Registrar Office, CCAF, and Eaker Center's Civilian Associate Degree Program, totaling up to 50 employees.
The contract period spans five years from December 3, 2025, to December 2, 2030, with a base year and four option years. The database must offer a search feature for accredited U.S. colleges, tools for managing credit transfer equivalencies, and be ready for use in admissions, curriculum, program management, institutional research, and student advertisement. The requirement supports Air University's mission to educate and develop warfighters, strategists, and national security professionals for air, space, and cyber dominance.
