The Contractor shall provide comprehensive preventive and remedial maintenance for the ScriptPro system and 31 associated components, including the SP 200/CCC dispenser, Central Expanded Platform, Enterprise HCI platforms, Workflow Management System, servers, encryption modules, and various peripheral equipment. The base contract period runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal periods extending through September 30, 2029.
The PWS establishes specific performance objectives and measurable standards through an integrated Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Preventive maintenance must be completed once annually on a Monday-Friday schedule by Parata-certified field service engineers, with full compliance to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications including calibration, testing, cleaning, adjustments, firmware updates, and non-consumable parts replacement. Emergency on-site repair must be provided within 24 hours of notification for mission-critical failures, with service reports submitted within 48 hours of each visit. Performance standards include 100% compliance for preventive maintenance completion within 30 calendar days of the approved schedule, 95% compliance for emergency response times, and 98% compliance for timely service reporting. Non-monetary incentives include recognition, priority scheduling, positive CPARS ratings, and option-year rollover eligibility for exceptional performance. Corrective Action Requests are triggered for preventive maintenance completion more than 10 days late or more than two late emergency responses.
