About this file

This is a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) supporting a Request for Information (RFI) for a potential follow-on contract to the existing ICOPARS (Internet-Based, Contractor-Operated Parts Store) program.

The ICOPARS program provides logistics support capability for Air Force motor vehicle conveyance equipment, specifically managing parts and inventory for over 5,000 general and special purpose vehicles, Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles, and other Government motor vehicle conveyance (OGMVC) equipment items located within the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility. The current contract is FA4890-22-C-0012, managed by Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC) through its Acquisition Management & Integration Center (AMIC). The contractor shall perform all work at the contractor's facility. This RFI is issued solely to determine market capability and obtain industry information for planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation or commitment to contract. The Government will announce any subsequent formal solicitation through the System for Award Management (SAM). Responding contractors should note that the federal Government assumes no responsibility for costs incurred in responding to this RFI.
