About this file
This is a task order template issued by the Atlanta Police Department Code Enforcement Section for Clean and Close services on residential properties. The service provider is assigned to perform cleaning and closure services at a designated single-family residential address within thirty days of notification, with the option to request additional time in writing before expiration. Work must comply with all applicable Federal, State, County, and City laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations, specifically adhering to Article I, Section 5(c) and Article II, Section 29 of the Atlanta Housing Code. The project is considered complete upon inspection and approval by the assigned In Rem Program staff of the Code Enforcement Section. Service providers must contact Code Enforcement for final inspection after project completion and submit required documentation including proof of debris disposal.
Compensation is provided on a per-property basis for satisfactory completion of services, with the specific amount to be determined and filled in on the task order ($00.00 shown as placeholder). Service providers may submit invoices upon City approval, including copies of dumping receipts as proof of debris removal to an approved landfill. The City will review and approve the property before honoring the invoice within thirty days of submission. The City reserves termination rights if the service provider fails to correct deficiencies within five days of written notice, misses project deadlines, files ineligible expenses, or violates labor standards requirements. The task order requires signatures from both the City of Atlanta (Daphne Talley, Director) and the service provider.
