Any information (classified or unclassified) pertaining to this contract shall not be released for public dissemination except as provided by the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) or unless it has been approved for public release by appropriate U.S. Government authority.

The security classification guidance for classified information needed for this effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract;

Security Clearances: A Secret Facility Clearance with no safeguarding capabilities is required. All Contractor Security Guards (CSG) performing work under this contract shall be a U.S. citizen and possess a minimum Secret US Government Personnel Security Clearance. All personnel must meet personnel security requirements outlines in AR 380-67 "Personnel Security Regulation" with any Addendums, Memorandums, and supplements. Upon contract award, the Contractor shall initiate a Tier 3 investigation of its employees through the Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO) at the Contractor's expense. The Contractor and employees must be able to obtain and maintain a minimum Secret security clearance for the duration of the contract.
Immediately upon notification or discovery the contractor shall report to the Contracting Officer any incident which may result in the ineligibility of an individual employed under the provisions of this contract to possess a SECRET security clearance. The Contracting Officer shall make the final determination if the employee can be reinstated to preform under the contract should the employee once again become eligible to posses a SECRET security clearance.
