About this file
This draft Broad Agency Announcement from the Department of Transportation seeks proposals for the Complete Trip-ITS4US Deployment program. The program aims to fund emerging transportation technologies and services to address mobility challenges for underserved populations including people with disabilities, low-income individuals, rural residents, older adults, veterans, and those with limited English proficiency. The BAA provides a two-page Deployment Summary Template to guide offerors in concisely describing their proposed deployment concept, the underserved community it would serve, the technologies involved, expected outcomes, team structure and budget details. It requests public comments on the draft BAA, specifically on any impacts from COVID-19, to inform the final solicitation.
