EVALUATION – Instructions to questionnaire respondent There are three aspects to the past performance evaluation: recency, relevancy (including context of data), and quality (including general trends in contractor performance and source of information). Below are listed specific questions relating to the contractor performance. There is a comment section provided below each question.
