The vessel must be equipped with a removable bow-mounted trolling motor with 70-pound minimum thrust, a 50-gallon fuel tank or larger, a 12-circuit fuse panel, and a comprehensive electronics package including a Garmin fish finder with 10-inch touchscreen display and transom-mounted transducer, as well as a Garmin RADAR system with 10-inch display mounted on the hardtop. Additional required features include bilge pump, external battery charging plug, navigation lights, standard console gauges, steering, fuel system, and electrical wiring. The manufacturer must have at least 20 years of experience producing USCG-certified vessels. Delivery is required to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Fort Collins Office at 317 W Prospect Road, Fort Collins, Colorado 80526 on or before May 1, 2027.

Non-required features identified to reduce costs include motor bracket, waterline paint, tow bit, and trim tabs. The document does not contain information regarding pricing terms, funding sources, contract duration, or set-aside requirements; these details would be contained in the primary solicitation documents.
