About this file

This document is an Addendum 1 for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 2 Procurement Office for Lake Jeffery Office Janitorial Services. The ITB solicits bids from qualified bidders to establish a contract to provide janitorial services as described in the Scope of Services. The sealed bids are due by 2:00 p.m. local time on April 29, 2024 and will be opened at 2:30 p.m. the same day. This Addendum provides answers to questions received regarding the ITB.

The current contract amount for these services is $33,600 per year, and the contract started in July 2021. The Department does not have a set maximum budget for this procurement and will award the contract to the low bidder. The Department does not track monthly usage of consumables, as this is the contractor's responsibility. There are no supplier lists provided, and equivalent products to those listed in the Scope of Services may be accepted.
