The addendum modifies specifications for multiple aspects of the pavilion replacement project, including masonry, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, and electrical work. Key modifications include changing the fireplace stone specifications to "Great Lakes Ashlar" natural Michigan quarried stone, updating masonry veneer anchor requirements, increasing the well depth from 130 to 200 vertical feet, and revising the septic system to use two 1,000-gallon tanks instead of one 2,000-gallon tank.

The addendum includes three bid alternates: #1 for the fireplace, #2 for the water well, and #3 for the septic system. A Schedule of Unit Prices is included for water well drilling, with bidders required to provide a price per vertical foot based on the revised 200-foot depth. The document includes detailed technical specifications and multiple sketches showing fireplace details, lavatory details, wall sections, and septic system layout. The modifications affect both materials and installation requirements across multiple building systems, with particular emphasis on site utilities and interior finishes.
