Notice: The Supplier is solely responsible for ensuring timely submission of their solicitation response, whether submitting an online response or a hard copy response. ❖ ELECTRONIC RESPONSES: To respond electronically to a solicitation, the Supplier must first register with
MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS by going to the supplier registration page: Self-Service Supplier
Registration | MissouriBUYS Statewide eProcurement System, enter your email address and click the “Send

Step-by-step instructions for how a registered Supplier responds to a solicitation electronically are available on the MissouriBUYS system at: MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS, bid response instructions.
❖ Suppliers are encouraged to submit their entire proposal electronically; however in lieu of attaching exhibits, forms, pricing, etc. to the electronic solicitation response, a Supplier may submit the exhibits, forms, pricing, etc. through mail or courier service.
