ESTIMATED ANNUAL WORKLOAD

The Estimated Annual Workload is based on recent historical caseloads for judicial and administrative cases involving federal forfeiture. This workload is provided as a reference but may not reflect future workload as the total number of cases is based on criminal activity and court decisions. Additionally, DOJ will determine which cases are most appropriate to be administered through this Contract. Cases with fewer claimants may be processed by DOJ staff.
