About this file

This document is a Disqualification Disclosure form required by California Public Contract Code (PCC) §10162, specifically for the Rose Bowl Operating Company's (RBOC) Golf Cart Fleet Request for Proposals. The form requires prospective bidders to disclose whether the bidder, any officer, or employee with a proprietary interest has ever been disqualified, removed, or prevented from bidding on or completing a federal, state, or local government project due to a violation of law or safety regulation. Bidders must answer "Yes" or "No" and, if answering yes, must explain the circumstances and attach supporting documentation.

The document is part of a solicitation for a golf cart fleet lease agreement for the Brookside Golf Club, which hosts over 140,000 annual golf rounds, with approximately 70% of players using golf carts. The contract term is sixty-six (66) months, commencing on January 15, 2025, with potential month-to-month or buyout options at the discretion of the RBOC Chief Executive Officer. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a fleet of golf carts for daily use at the golf courses and during major events at the Rose Bowl stadium, with all terms of the initial contract applying to any extensions.
