About this file

The document is a Disqualification Disclosure form in compliance with California Public Contract Code §10162, required for bidders participating in the Rose Bowl Operating Company's (RBOC) Temporary Employment Staffing Agency contract opportunity. The form requires bidders to disclose whether they, their officers, or employees with proprietary interest have ever been disqualified, removed, or prevented from bidding on or completing a federal, state, or local government project due to law or safety regulation violations. Bidders must check either "Yes" or "No" and provide an explanation if applicable, with the document to be attached as an exhibit.

This disclosure form is part of the procurement process for a three-year temporary staffing contract for the Rose Bowl Stadium and Brookside Golf Courses, with two potential one-year renewal options at the discretion of the RBOC Chief Executive Officer/General Manager. The form serves as a critical screening mechanism to ensure contractor integrity and compliance, allowing the RBOC to evaluate potential bidders' past performance and adherence to legal and safety standards before awarding the temporary staffing services contract.
