About this file

This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the State of Illinois for a dish machine service contract. The IFB requests bids for the provision of dish machine services, including any required repairs or maintenance. The successful bidder will be awarded a contract to provide these services to the State of Illinois. The IFB includes details on the required documents to be submitted by bidders, as well as any applicable preferences that bidders may claim, such as the domestic product preference. Bidders must review and, if necessary, provide exceptions to the State's standard contract terms and conditions as part of their bid submission.

The IFB does not provide details on the specific quantities, response due dates, site visits, or contract term. However, it does state that the State reserves the right to determine whether any claimed preferences apply to the bidder. The IFB also notes that failure to meet all requirements may result in disqualification of the bidder.
