Past Performance Reference

SUBJECT: Request for Past Performance Information for Solicitation DE-SOL-0009564

The Western Area Power Administration will be evaluating quotes received in response to the subject solicitation for contractor(s) to provide janitorial services. One of the integral considerations in the evaluation is the verification of the offeror’s past performance on contracts, which reflect the offeror’s ability to perform on the proposed effort. We depend on information received from agencies/firms such as yours, which have had first-hand experience with the offeror, and for the evaluation of their performance.

Our areas of interest in the offeror are summarized in the enclosed questionnaire. You are urged to submit your comments on other similar contracts your entity has/had with the offeror. Any additional information that you think may benefit the Government in our evaluation of the offeror's quote is appreciated. Please note that we may contact the offeror on problem areas or concerns identified, to determine whether corrective actions have been taken or are in process. The offeror is required by our solicitation to provide points of contact for each reference provided to the Government. The name of the individual completing the questionnaire will not be disclosed to the offeror.

Due to time constraints it is imperative that the questionnaire be completed and returned no later than 22 March 2016, to Kevin P. Mullen, Contract Specialist, via e-mail at mullen@wapa.gov.

If you have any questions, please contact Kevin P. Mullen at 970-461-7301, or by e-mail at mullen@wapa.gov .

Your time and effort is greatly appreciated.
