2) AIR TRAFFI C CONTROLLERS AND WEATHER OBSERVERS - NI GHT PAY & SUNDAY PAY : I f you work at night as par t o f a regular tour of duty, you wi ll ear n a night d i fferential and r ecei ve a n addi t ion a l 1 0% of basic pay f o r a ny hours worked between 6pm a nd 6am.

I f you are a f ull - time empl oyed (40 hours a week) and Sunday i s part of your regular ly scheduled workwee k, you are paid a t your rate of basic pay plus a Sunday pr emi um of 25% of your basic rate f or each hour of Sunday wor k which is not over time (i . e . occasional wor k on Sunday outside the nor ma l tour of duty i s considered ove r time work) .

HAZARDOUS PAY DIFFERENTI AL : An 8 pe r cent d i fferential i s applicable to emp l oyees empl oyed i n a posi t ion that r epresents a high degree of hazard when wor ki ng with or i n close pr oxi mity to or dinance, explosi ves, and incendiary ma t erial s . xx UNIFORM ALLOWANCE xx

If employees are required to wea r unif orms i n the perf or mance of thi s contract (e ither by the terms of the Government contract, by the emp l oyer , by the state or local l aw, e t c . ), the cost of f urni shi ng such unifor ms and ma i ntaini ng (by launderi ng or dr y cleani ng) such uniforms i s an expense that may not be bor ne by a n empl oyee where s uch cost r educes the hour ly rate below that requi red by the wage det ermination . The Depar tment of Labor will accept payment i n accordance wi th the following standards as compl i ance:

The contractor or subcontractor i s requi red t o furnish a l l empl oyees with an adequa te number of unif orms wi thout cost or t o r eimbur se employees f or the actual cost of the uni f orms .
