About this file
This document is an attachment (Attachment B - Pricing and Capacity) to a Request for Response (RFR) issued by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) for PFAS Testing Laboratory Support Services. The RFR seeks qualified analytical laboratories to perform PFAS testing to determine the extent of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) entering public and private water supplies in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The attachment includes a pricing form for PFAS analysis services with various turnaround time options, as well as a section for the laboratory to provide its monthly capacity to process PFAS samples at the standard 14-day turnaround time. The pricing must be all-inclusive and cover the analysis, sampling kit, and shipping costs. Shipping costs are to be provided per cooler shipped, as residents with private wells will require one cooler, while public water suppliers may require multiple coolers depending on the number of sample bottles.
