About this file
This DD254 form and associated federal contract opportunity outline requirements for technical support services related to the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP). Contractors will require access to Secret information and will receive, store, and generate classified materials in performing services such as providing a classified database of Army installation population projections. Interested vendors must respond to solicitation W9124J-20-R-0024 by the due date specified in accordance with instructions in the request for proposal. The requirement is set aside solely for woman-owned small businesses. The Mission Installation Contracting Command at Fort Sam Houston seeks to award a contract for personnel, equipment, supplies, and other items needed to support both the classified and unclassified versions of ASIP.
