About this file

The document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for HVAC Service Tower/Chemical Treatment Reporting (Data Item A006) associated with a federal contract for HVAC maintenance services. The CDRL specifies bi-annual reporting requirements for HVAC maintenance and chemical treatment, including detailed tasks such as maintenance/repair of cooling towers, winterization, testing of equipment, chemical treatment, and comprehensive reporting of water analysis and system performance. The contractor must provide reports detailing maintenance activities, testing results, chemical treatment specifics, and any issues encountered during service, with submissions required to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at USAG-Natick-DPW.

The document outlines specific contractor responsibilities including hiring qualified subcontractors, conducting chemical treatments, performing water analysis testing, managing freeze protection protocols, and maintaining repair and maintenance records. The contractor will be liable for repairs resulting from negligence or accidents and must have appropriate spare parts and maintenance capabilities. This CDRL is part of a larger solicitation (W911QY-25-R-0007) for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside contract for HVAC maintenance services at a government facility, with a potential five-year contract period from May 2025 to April 2030.
