RESPONSE(S) TO QUESTION(S) RECEIVED

1. QUESTION: September 30, 2023 is a very tight timeline, as the solicitation is due

July 31, 2023, leaving less than 60 days. to complete the project. Is the DC Court looking for a complete delivery of the inventory management system by 9/30/2023?

Or is this a flexible date?

RESPONSE: The project implementation/completion and training shall be within one (1) year from the contract award date. This includes the furnishing and implementation of the new Inventory Management & Control system, transition/migration of data from the current inventory systems to the new inventory system and training. The data transition/migration shall include a clear description of the data mapping. The

Contractor shall identify Administrator and User roles and provide training.

2. QUESTION: Is DC court looking for a customized solution tailored made to its needs, or an off-of-the-shelf software solution? The reason we ask this is due to the tight project completion date. We have excellent and experienced IT talent to do a quality work, but with a tight timeline, we would like to seek clarification if the DC Courts is looking for a customized solution.

RESPONSE: See Clauses C.3, C.4, C.5 of the solicitation.

3. QUESTION: What is the budget range for this project?

RESPONSE: The Courts does not disclose the budget for its projects.
