About this file
This document contains responses to questions regarding Solicitation Number DCSC-23-RFP-139 for an Inventory Management & Control System for the District of Columbia Government. The new system will replace the existing Catamaran solution and require integrating with various other internal systems, including the Courts Enterprise Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence tools, ticketing system, and handheld devices for electronic signatures. Users will have role-based access to asset types. Data migration from the current SQL Server database will occur through backup. Electronic order forms will be generated for internal reporting purposes rather than integrating with financial systems. Inventory images, including 360 degree views, must be supported for online ordering. Standard and customizable reporting functions are required on inventory, costs, and orders by division. The contractor will be responsible for all required integrations.
