Security Officers (CSO’s). These secure areas include the Clerk of the Court office area, the Executive Office area, Judges’ Chambers, and U.S. Marshals Space. The CSO’s and

U.S. Marshals can be retained for use by the Contractor in these instances.

The Contractor may only return to the site with verbal approval from the Owner or an authorized representative.

C.3.2.5 The Owner reserves the right to exclude or remove from the site or building any employee of the Contractor or a subcontractor whom the Owner deems incompetent, careless, insubordinate or otherwise objectionable, or whose continued employment on the work is deemed by the Owner to be contrary to the public interests. The Owner further reserves the right to complete processing of the security documentation for personnel assigned to work within restricted access areas prior to access to such areas by the personnel.

C.3.3 Parking: No parking will be available on site. The Contractor and Contractor's employees shall make their own arrangements for vehicle parking off site.

C.3.4 Nonsmoking Building: Smoking is not permitted within the building or within 25 feet (8
