Propane Service for Jemez and T’siya Day School
Contractor shall provide propane on an as needed basis for three (3) propane tank located at the Jemez Day School and T’siya Day School located in New Mexico.
Location:
Jemez Day School, 243 Day School Rd, Jemez Pueblo, NM 87024 T’siya Day School, 1000 Borrego Canyon Road, Zia Pueblo, NM 87053-6104
Propane Tanks:
Jemez Day School has two (2) 6,000 gallons tank, combine total of 12,000 gallon.
T’siya Day School has one (1) 10,000 gallon tank, Total of three (3) tanks.
Estimated Usage:
Jemez Day School Total Estimate per year: 26,822 gallons T’siya Day School Total Estimate per year: 16,434 gallons
All work shall comply with State, and Federal Pipeline Safety Regulations per 49 C.F.R. (Code of Federal Regulations) Parts 191-195 and N.F.P.A. (National Fire Protection Agency) Standards. All work shall be done safely and professionally.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, storage, transportation, and supplies required to complete the following work:
1. Delivery of propane. Propane will be delivered on as needed basis to the Jemez and T’siya Day School.
2. Propane will be delivered to Government own tank at the designated tanks on campus.
3. Contractor shall monitor and provide the estimated refill as needed.
4. Designated point of contact,________ , under the Division of Facilities and Safety Management, Central Office at _____________; will call when propane is needed. Delivery is expected within 48 hours of contractor being notified by Facility. Karen Sanchez (505) 563-3632

CLEAN UP:
Any spills shall be cleaned up in accordance with EPA standards at the expense of the contractor.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
The hours of operation will be 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Any work conducted outside of the scheduled operation time must be approved by the designated point of contact with ample notification.
