52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021)
(a) The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors are listed in no specific order of precedence and will be used to evaluate quotations:
• Technical
• Price
• Past performance
Evaluation:
1. Technical: Quotes meeting all specifications outlined in this solicitation will be deemed technically capable.
