About this file

This draft solicitation is for a Department of Homeland Security indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for Cellular Wireless Managed Services 2.0. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide a comprehensive commercial cellular wireless managed services solution, including a web portal for device ordering and management, cellular wireless equipment and devices, cellular and data service, Mobile Device Management, project management, and optional services such as services to enhance in-building cellular coverage and a service desk. The web portal will be customized for each DHS Component and allow inventory management, equipment management, and reporting. The goal is to reduce wireless costs and find program efficiencies across DHS. Offerors must demonstrate their proposed portal capabilities during an oral presentation using the Statement of Work requirements and Pricing Template, without showing pricing. The final RFP is expected to be issued in June 2020 following industry comments and internal review.
