About this file

This document is a market research questionnaire from the Naval Sea Logistics Center requesting information from industry regarding their capability to lease material handling equipment to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division in Keyport. The Navy seeks to lease 31 units of material handling equipment along with maintenance support for one base year and four option years. Respondents are asked to provide company information, indicate the percentage of work they would self-perform as prime contractor, describe their small business size status, number of employees, ability to provide all equipment units and maintenance support within required timelines, past performance history for similar requirements, and likelihood of submitting a proposal. Responses are due by the deadline specified to assist the Navy in developing an effective procurement strategy based on industry capabilities for this potential firm-fixed-price leasing requirement.
