About this file
The document is a memorandum from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement division, specifically authored by Kim Matura and copied to Pamela Veal. The memorandum addresses an error in the pricing sheet for contract #CTR066441, which concerns Emergency Roadside Assistance and Towing Services.
On July 5, 2023, the Procurement Officer inadvertently used the initial pricing sheet submitted by the contractor instead of the Best and Final Offer (BAFO) pricing when creating the contract. Upon discovering this error on September 13, 2023, ADOT issued Amendment One (1) to replace the incorrect pricing sheet with the BAFO pricing sheet and realign the contract line items to match the contractor's final submitted pricing. The amendment ensures that the contract reflects the most accurate and agreed-upon pricing for the emergency roadside and towing services.
