About this file
This document is a Price Increase Percentages attachment for Solicitation No. BPM005274, issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for a professional towing contract. The attachment provides guidelines for potential price increases during contract renewal periods.
The contract allows for up to four renewal periods, with each renewal period offering the potential for a maximum price increase. Notably, all increases are calculated against the original contract price, and any requested price increase requires documentation of need. The offeror has indicated 0% maximum increases for all four renewal periods, which means prices would remain constant throughout the contract term. The State of Arizona does not automatically grant price increases, and any adjustments must be explicitly justified at the time of renewal. The contract is available online through the Arizona state procurement website.
