We have been recognized by DPS for outstanding customer service. We have also been recognized by many of our national account partners for excellent customer service, response times, and customer reviews.
We started our growth plan by partnering with insurance companies and motor clubs, providing roadside assistance and towing services to their insured clients. We were then accepted on with the Department of Public Safety’s police towing rotation, City of Tempe citizen, City of Phoenix Fleet, USPS fleet, and MCSO. Our average response time to all police-initiated calls and insurance/motor club-initiated accident calls is approx. 20 minutes. Our average response times for heavy fleet calls is approx. 35 minutes. We have technology in place to analyze our performance and take corrective action where there might be gaps in safety and efficiency.
We utilize Towbook for our dispatch and invoicing software. Towbook is leading edge when it comes to dispatching, billing, reporting, tracking, and analysis. Towbook has the capability to compile our data effortlessly and allows us to digitally dispatch as well. USPS is using this, and it has been seamless for them. Not only does it allow them to send us the calls with accurate information and only a few clicks but is also a faster and greener option with less paper and less back and forth on the phone. Digital dispatch also allows the user to see up to date info about each call that has been sent in.
We Utilize Samsara for our ELD tracking and safety. This platform gives us visibility on real-time locations of our fleet, performance of our trucks, as well as Fuel and route efficiency.
