About this file
This document appears to be a communication and reporting overview for a towing services contract, primarily involving the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and a towing service provider. The document details the company's communication system using Towbook, a digital dispatching and reporting platform. The provider serves multiple high-priority accounts including the City of Phoenix, USPS, City of Tempe, and various motor clubs, with a focus on state and police service accounts.
The reporting system demonstrates the company's operational capabilities, highlighting their dispatching process, real-time tracking, and priority handling of service calls. The sample reports show detailed dispatch analytics, including total calls (5), average calls completed per day (2.5), and average time to complete routes (71.7 minutes). The system allows for customizable reporting, immediate digital documentation, and tracking of service calls from receipt through completion. Dispatchers are trained to prioritize state and police accounts, with managers providing continuous support, and the ability to dispatch calls both within and outside their network while keeping ADOT informed of progress via the Towbook platform.

Communication and Reporting
• Towbook is our main source for Communicating and reporting. There are many customizable reports that we can run seamlessly to accommodate what you are looking for. We have worked with Towbook in the past to customize any digital needs that have come up.
• Our state and police accounts are separated from the rest of our calls in red, be pinned to the top of the que, and will have a timer counting down to our expected ETA. Our dispatchers are trained to treat these call with priority and there is always a manager always supporting these calls. Servicing multiple high priority accounts like the city of phoenix, USPS, City of Tempe and some of our higher end motor clubs our attention is always focused on our execution. Upon receiving the call our team will enter the information if it does not come in digitally, Quickly assess the equipment needed, and find the closest driver for the call. If the call is out of our network, we will dispatch it to the designated company electronically or via phone and follow up to make sure that our Sub contractor has dispatched promptly and keep ADOT informed via Towbook on the progress of the call. Our drivers update their progress in real time and add photos, notes, and any relevant information from on scene. We are staffed, have the knowledge and expertise in all aspect relevant to this contract to execute at the highest levels. Our team has a proven track record with high volume, time sensitive contracts, executing the highest levels of customer service.
• We are always looking to tailor our systems to make our partnership seamless for you and support your teams in any way that we can.
• On the next slides are a few examples of the reports that contain the information requested.
