About this file

This is a Sources Sought Notice for Electronic Dental Record Technical Support issued by the Indian Health Service (IHS) for the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital in Crow Agency, Montana. The solicitation seeks Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) to provide annual technical support for Dentrix Enterprise Electronic Dental Record (EDR) components, including technical support desk services, maintenance, documentation, access to software updates, patches, bug fixes, and enhancements.

The Sources Sought Notice is structured under the Buy Indian Act, which gives priority to Indian-owned businesses. Interested vendors must submit a detailed response by August 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM MDT, including company information, contact details, SAM identifier, tax ID, business category, and a three-page capability statement demonstrating qualifications. Respondents must show at least 51% Indian ownership, earnings, and management control. The market research will help IHS determine if there are sufficient qualified Indian Economic Enterprises to set aside the contract exclusively for ISBEE vendors under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
