Q89. The requirement for Contractors to provide additional computers beyond those furnished by the Government, “to accomplish Task Order requirements for classified or unclassified efforts” contained in Answer 55 suggests that Contractors shall access DTRA classified and unclassified computing systems via contractor-supplied computers. However, the following sentence provides, “Remote access will only be authorized using Government provided computers.” Would the Government please clarify whether UNET and/or SNET may be accessed from government furnished laptops only or whether Contractor is authorized to use computers not issued by the Government to gain remote access to these systems?

A89. UNET may be accessed from government furnished laptops, however access to SNET may only be accessed from the DTRC facility.

Q90. Pursuant to DFARs Clause 252.225-9075 (d) Tour of Duty/Hours of Work/Pay, “The Contracting Officer shall provide the contractor with the anticipated duration of deployment(s), and shall provide the contractor with the anticipated daily or weekly work schedule(s).” Would the Government please specify the anticipated duty hours for contractor personnel during periods of deployment on these contingency operations (i.e. standard CONUS schedule based on eight (8) hours a day/forty hours per week, standard OCONUS schedule of up to eighty-four (84) hours per workweek)?

A90. Contractors supporting contingency operations shall use 84 hours per work week for estimating purposes.
