About this file

This document details insurance requirements for the CSB Network Wiring Project for Seminole County, Florida. The insurance specifications outline three primary coverage types: Workers' Compensation & Employers' Liability Insurance, Commercial General Liability Insurance, and Business Automobile Liability Insurance. Each insurance category has specific liability limits, including $1,000,000 for Workers' Compensation per accident and disease-related claims, $1,000,000 per occurrence for Commercial General Liability, and a $1,000,000 combined single limit for Business Automobile Liability covering any auto, owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles.

The document explicitly states that Seminole County, Florida must be named as an additional insured on all applicable policies, with a required waiver of subrogation.
