A record of reviews shall be maintained by Contractor.
13. RESOLVING LAUNDRY DISCREPANCIES
Delivery contents shall be listed on invoices by major classifications and total weight. This may be accomplished through alternatives such as operation of the laundry by supervisory personnel or subcontracting with another private vendor by Contractor. It is mutually agreed that Canyon Springs cannot function with any break in laundry services. If the remedies listed above fail and Canyon Springs’ laundry services are interrupted, Canyon Springs will contract the nearest commercial laundry and arrange for services as needed. All billing for such service will be forwarded to Contractor for payment.
18. LICENSING STANDARDS
Title 22 establishes standards for laundry services, which must be met in order to retain Canyon Springs’ licensure. Contractor agrees that it shall meet the standards of Title 22 in providing laundry services to Canyon Springs.

Copies of all citations or deficiencies for non-compliance from a licensing agency shall be provided to Contractor. Contractor agrees that any deficiencies noted by the state of licensing surveyors shall require immediate corrective action by Contractor. Failure to provide any corrective action for compliance will result in initiation of termination of this contract.
20. QUALITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE SURVEYS
a. Canyon Springs and Contractor may establish an independent quality assurance advisory committee to review the appearance of the finished product and to assure overall quality laundry performance. This committee shall complete user evaluation surveys and work with Contractor, Canyon Springs, residents, parents and families towards the goal of delivering quality laundry services.
