These facilities function as the collective Cordova Work Center (CWC), which is a compound that provides housing and storage for the Cordova Ranger District personnel. The goal of this project is to restore the roofs without incurring the high cost of complete tear-off and replacement. The finished product following the completion of this contract will be restored roofs with a 20-year comprehensive manufacturer warranty against leaks.
The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor performing the services herein.
