CPOC Swag Item List _ B2727622.pdf

This is a promotional items specification list for the City of Pennsylvania's CPOC (Central Procurement Office of the City) micro purchase contract opportunity. The procurement seeks quotations for a comprehensive range of branded promotional items featuring the CPOC logo, including stress relief products (mango stress balls, avocado stress relievers, piñata stress relievers, push pop games, and fidget spinners), drinkware (porcelain espresso cups with saucers and 24-ounce reusable water bottles), writing instruments and paper goods (black ink pens with green barrels, soft cover journals with elastic straps), office and personal accessories (measuring spoons, fanny packs with double zippered pockets, non-woven shopping tote bags, personal fans with batteries included, playing cards), and novelty items (mini dominos in wooden boxes, mini synthetic leather soccer balls, and mini Vicks VapoRub keychains). The items are specified with detailed descriptions including colors, dimensions, and functional features where applicable.

This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by individual line item, at the discretion of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All items must be quoted in order for a vendor to be eligible for award consideration. Vendors are required to include specification sheets for all items with their quotations. No delivery or services should commence until official notification is provided by the department. The procurement structure allows flexibility in award methodology to ensure the City receives the most advantageous pricing and terms available.
