About this file
This document is an amendment to a previous COVID-19 Protection Clause notice issued by the State of Illinois. The amendment updates the clause to reflect new Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23, which supersede the previous Executive Order 2021-20 and extend the date that certain contractors must become vaccinated. All state agencies are required to include this amended COVID-19 Protection Clause in their solicitations, regardless of procurement method, including those currently published on BidBuy. The clause mandates that vendors adhere to the requirements of the Governor's Executive Orders related to face coverings, vaccinations, and COVID-19 testing.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for FY24 maintenance and software support for two IBML High Speed Fusion 7400 Scanners located at the Willard Ice Building for the Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR). The contract will be for full service, on-site maintenance and software support for these scanners.
