About this file
This is a Contractor Possessed Munitions (CPM) Report template used for tracking and reporting munitions and related assets held by contractors under Air Force contracts. The spreadsheet is designed to monitor inventory status for items associated with the T-38 REMAN contract (FA8213-26-R-3034) managed by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Hill Air Force Base, with oversight by AFLCMC/EBHMB personnel including Ross Backe.
The template requires contractors to report detailed inventory information by National Item Identification Number (NIIN) and Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), including approved quantities, cumulative quantities received (including Logistics Assessment Teams testing and consumables), on-hand balances by condition code, shipment details with lot numbers for refurbished items, and adjustments for items removed from inventory through testing, scrapping, or condemnation. Data entry requirements specify condition codes (F for carcasses/work-in-progress, A for refurbished items awaiting shipment, and H for items awaiting scrap decisions), date formats (mm/yyyy for receipt dates, dd/mm/yyyy for shipment dates), lot numbers for refurbished condition items only, and the Defense Logistics Agency Activity Address Code (DoDAAC) of the repair facility. The report structure ensures clear delineation between assets intended for return to the Air Force and those consumed or disposed of during the contract execution process.
