About this file
The document is a Technology + Architecture Questionnaire from the City of Santa Monica's Information Services Department, designed to gather comprehensive technical details for a potential technology solution. The questionnaire is structured across eight key review areas: Architecture Review, Technology Review, User Experience, Integrations Review, Configuration + Customizations, User + Access Management Review, Maintenance + Support, and Reporting and Business Analytics. It seeks detailed information about solution components, technical infrastructure, integration capabilities, customization processes, user access management, system support, and reporting functionalities.
The document is a comprehensive request for detailed technical information, requiring potential vendors to provide in-depth responses about their proposed solution's architecture, technology stack, user experience design, integration capabilities, configuration flexibility, access management, maintenance protocols, and analytics features. Key areas of focus include cloud and on-premise connectivity, programming languages, database environments, user personas, ADA compliance, API capabilities, system upgrade processes, identity management integration, support mechanisms, and reporting tools. The questionnaire is designed to thoroughly evaluate a potential technology solution's technical robustness, scalability, and alignment with the City of Santa Monica's technological ecosystem.
