Please see Exhibit #1.
2) There is a two (2”) inch copper line that goes between the boiler and the hot water storage tank. The hot water flows out of the boiler to a two (2”) inch ball valve and joins with the incoming cold water line from the T-fitting and flows into the hot water storage tank. The contractor must replace all of the previously stated ball valve, copper piping, and T-fitting in this section with new. Please see Exhibit #2.
3) Below the incoming water line into the hot water storage tank, there an outgoing line that is a two (2”) inch copper piping going out of the hot water storage tank to two (2”) inch ball valve. On the left side, there is a hot water recirculating return. The line flows into a ball valve, and then flows into the hot water line coming out of the top of the hot water storage tank. On the right side, the hot water flows to a ball valve, and then flow into the high low water manifold system. The contractor must replace all of the previously stated ball valve and copper piping in this section with new. Please see Exhibit #4.

The contractor must install a new ball valve and replace all of the previously stated copper piping in this section with new. Please see Exhibit #5.
6) In this section, all piping is one and a quarter (1-1/4”) inch copper line. The hot water flows out of the high low water manifold system. The line T’s and goes to both sides of the room to a ball valve on each side. The contractor must replace all of the previously stated ball valve and copper piping in this section with new. Please see Exhibit #6.
7) In this section, all piping is three quarter (3/4”) inch copper line. On the left side of the high low water manifold system there is a return line from the building that flows in to both the incoming hot water line and high low water manifold system to the hot water storage tank. There is a ball valve, then a recirculating pump, then a check valve, then a ball valve, then the water flows to a T-fitting, then a check valve, then a ball valve, then flows into the high low water manifold system. The contractor must replace all of the previously stated ball valves, check valves, T-fitting, and copper piping in this section with new. Please see Exhibit #7.
8) In this section, all piping is three quarter (3/4”) inch copper line. There is line that goes between the expansion tank and the incoming cold water line. The contractor must replace all of the previously stated copper piping in this section with new. Please see Exhibit #8.
