About this file
This document is an attachment for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the FBI Seattle Division Perimeter Bollard Project. The RFQ is issued by the FBI Procurement Section to identify a vendor to install bollards on the public sidewalk surrounding the FBI's federal building, as described in the attached Statement of Work. The RFQ falls under FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is set aside for small businesses, with the award based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The matrix in the attachment requires the vendor to self-certify their compliance with various requirements, including having adequate financial resources, being registered in SAM.gov, and accepting the firm fixed pricing and other terms and conditions of the RFQ.
