About this file

This is a detailed price schedule template designed for a VA construction project to modernize Building 108 Boiler Plant and Systems (Solicitation #36C24924R0083, Project #621-22-107). The template provides a comprehensive breakdown structure for contractors to itemize costs across multiple construction divisions including general conditions, concrete, masonry, metals, HVAC, electrical, and other standard construction categories.

The template requires detailed cost breakdowns for labor, materials, and equipment, with specific instructions prohibiting lump sum pricing. It includes provisions for overhead (10%), profit (10%), and bond fee (3%), along with requirements for materials tax (6%). The document emphasizes the need for contractors to provide thorough price breakdowns initially and notes that using this template does not guarantee government acceptance of subsequent price breakdowns. Associated project dates from the opportunity listing include a site visit on 12/20/24 at 9:00 AM ET, questions due by 1/2/25, and proposals due by 1/15/25.
