About this file
This document provides mandatory onsite visit guidance for vendors interested in the TDF-PIF Dietary Cooler Doors contract opportunity in the state of Illinois. The contract requires the provision of five 32"x80" indoor walk-in cooler doors with specific features such as stainless steel panel construction, aluminum or stainless steel kick plates, fully insulated design, and other hardware requirements. The bid due date may be adjusted, and IDHS will allow one opportunity to reschedule the mandatory conference within 2 business days for vendors denied access.
The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient commercial information. It focuses solely on the mandatory site visit requirements for interested vendors.
